Think your boss is a leader? Think hard friend. Real leaders don’t play favorites or throw teammates under the bus to save face. If your workplace runs on whispers, double standards, or “special treatment,” it’s not high-functioning it’s fractured. Time to question the crown. You don't know now you know!

Let’s call it what it is: Ukiah is broke, and this annexation scheme is a desperate cash grab dressed up as progress. They’ve burned through their own budget, and now they want yours.
